New Managing Shareholder - Julia Manela

WLR proudly announces that effective July 1, Julia Manela is the firm’s managing shareholder. Julia joined the firm as an associate in 2016 and became a shareholder in 2017. Former managing shareholder, Clark Rasche, remains a member of the firm’s executive team to ensure a smooth transition. We welcome Julia to this new role!

Catherine M. Schulist named shareholder

WLR is happy to announce that Catherine Schulist became a shareholder of the firm in January. Cathy joined WLR as an associate in 2019. Cathy’s practice will continue to focus on business law, estate planning, and representing clients who are seeking to grow their families through adoption or Assisted Reproductive Technology.
