Thomas Keola Nye Moseman

Tom advises businesses, entrepreneurs, executives and ownership groups on a broad range of legal and strategic matters. With nearly 20 years of experience, his practice includes commercial transactions, contract negotiation, business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment matters, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and outside general counsel services. He has worked with businesses across a variety of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer products, hospitality and professional services.

Tom brings a practical business perspective to his legal work that comes from experience on both sides of the attorney-client relationship. In addition to serving as outside counsel, he has held leadership roles as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer and has been a founder and business owner himself.

Tom is also active in the local legal community. He has served on the Board of the Lane County Bar Association and volunteers with CASA. He also produces The Oregon Reporter Podcast, an attorney-focused podcast offering accredited continuing legal education.

Tom has lived up and down the West Coast and is happy that he and his family have called Eugene home for 20 years. When he’s not supporting clients or spending time with his family, he enjoys being outdoors and traveling.
