Jaclyn K. Rudebeck

Jaclyn is an experienced employment and business attorney. In addition to her experience as outside counsel, she has held internal executive roles in the nonprofit sector and in the food and beverage manufacturing and hospitality industry, and she can relate to the many demands her clients face. Jaclyn also has advanced training in change management, continuous improvement/LEAN, and organizational wellness; her vast practical experience in these areas allows her to offer support beyond legal compliance, to help organizations truly thrive.

Jaclyn enjoys helping clients navigate complex personnel issues, prepare and implement effective policies, maintain licensing and regulatory compliance, and execute efficient transactions.

She brings empathy and good humor to her work while developing practical, workable solutions to help her clients achieve their strategic goals.

Jaclyn balances her professional life by training for and competing in a variety of dog sports with her Collies. She also enjoys gardening, exploring our beautiful state with her family, spending time with her horse, and cheering for the Green Bay Packers.
