Scott has over 32 years of experience in civil litigation with emphasis in commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, creditors’ rights, commercial collection, foreclosures, work-outs, and business fade-aways and wind ups.

Professional and Community Activities

Scott is a member of the Oregon State Bar, in which he helps to lead the litigation, business, law practice management, and debtor-creditor sections. He also is a member of the Lane County Bar Association and several Federal Bar Association sections.
