Professional Experience

Scott has over 34 years of experience in civil litigation with emphasis in commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, creditorsﾒ rights, commercial collection, foreclosures, work-outs, and business fade-aways and wind ups.

Professional and Community Activities

Scott is a member of the Oregon State Bar and an active member of the litigation, business, law practice management, and debtor-creditor sections. He also is a member of the Lane County, Douglas County, and Multnomah County Bar Associations, the Federal Bar Association, and the Roland K. Rodman Inns of Court. Scott has also served as the Municipal Judge for the City of Creswell for over 27 years. He is active in the Eugene Rotary Club and serves as the president of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Emerald Valley.
