The firm's real estate practice is led by John C. Watkinson, senior member of the firm and a recognized expert in the field. The real estate practice includes representation of businesses and individuals in all aspects of real property law. Typical matters include the following:
- Negotiation and documentation of commercial and residential purchase sale transactions
- Negotiation and documentation of retail (particularly shopping center) leases, commercial office building leases, ground/pad leases, and medical office building and ambulatory surgury center leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants
