QDROs (Qualified Domestic Relations Orders)
Our retirement plan practice includes preparation of domestic relations
orders (or review of other drafters´ orders) which implement retirement benefits awarded to a former spouse (or seperated spouse) in a divorce or separation. We are happy to work with clients and divorce attorneys on referral from other professionals.
During our 15 years´ experience in this area we have prepared court orders dividing numerous types of retirement interests,
