Jaclyn is a member of the firm´s employment law and health law practice groups. Jaclyn´s employment law practice includes drafting policies and advising employers on day-to-day personnel issues. Her health law practice emphasizes compliance and contracting issues. Prior to joining the firm her practice focused on civil litigation, with an emphasis on employment discrimination claims.
Professional and Community Activities
Jaclyn is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Oregon State Bar, and the Lane County Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors of Greenhill Humane Society and of Oregon Destination ImagiNation. She is the 2010-11 Programs Chair for the Lane County Bar Association, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Oregon State Bar Health Law Section.
