Professional Experience

Don specializes in corporate law, employee benefits, and health law. Don wrote the chapter of the Advising Oregon Businesses practice manual devoted to Professional Corporations. He is a leader in assisting physicians, dentists, and other health care providers in affiliations designed to solidify their position in the rapidly changing health care marketplace.

Professional and Community Activities

Don is a member of the Oregon State, Lane County, and Douglas County Bar Associations. He is currently serving on the Umpqua Community College Foundation board.
