Catherine's practice focuses on estate planning and administration, including drafting wills and trusts, probate administration, and tax planning.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Catherine served as a judicial law clerk at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon where she worked on Social Security/Disability appeals.  Catherine also worked as a judicial law clerk at the Lane County Circuit Court, and had the unique opportunity to clerk for Judges Mustafa T. Kasubhai, Charles M. Zennaché, R. Curtis Conover, and Jay A. McAlpin.

 

Outside of the office, Catherine enjoys horseback riding, playing the violin, photography, running, and volunteering with numerous Eugene organizations.

Jane practices primarily in business law, real estate, and intellectual property with a focus on providing legal advice to healthcare providers, technology companies, and beverage manufacturers.  Jane’s work includes negotiating and drafting business contracts of all types and developing strategies and policies regarding industry specific issues, including regulatory compliance.

 

When she is not working for clients, Jane devotes time to local non-profit board service, including KidSports and Willamette Farm and Food Coalition.  She also spends time with her family enjoying skiing, working with her German Shorthair Pointers, cheering for the Oregon Ducks, and other sports related activities.

Julia's practice includes business and real estate transactions, business reorganizations, creditors' rights, and litigation.  Julia began her practice in commercial bankruptcy and creditors' rights and has expanded into business law, including entity formations and transactions, real estate, and civil litigation.  Julia is currently serving a 5-year term on the Oregon Professional Liability Fund's Board of Directors.

 

Julia is a native of Eugene with strong ties to the community.  When not in the office, she spends time with her family and two amazing dogs as well as hiking traveling, exercising, and reading.
